Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate headquarters and medical office suites require a suite number and department name. For residential properties, specify if there is a preferred side entrance or porch. These details allow the courier to bypass commercial loading docks and find the correct entry door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-carried to the recipient rather than shipped in boxes. In large corporate parks, the courier uses visitor parking to bring the item directly to the main lobby or security desk. Specific building names or wing identifiers help navigate complexes with multiple shared entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present at a secured office or apartment building, the courier will leave the item with the front desk or security. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient's direct phone number helps the courier manage access at badge-entry properties.
