Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical campus or downtown office buildings in Sandusky?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific department, wing, or suite number at checkout for deliveries to the central medical campus or multi-story downtown buildings. Our drivers use these details to navigate through public entrances to reach restricted office or patient areas. Including a room number ensures the flowers are left at the correct internal receiving desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and lakefront communities?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of standard suburban streets and gated lakefront properties. If the delivery is to a seasonal community with a security gate or a shared private drive, provide the gate code or entry instructions at checkout. This allows the driver to reach the front door directly rather than being held at a perimeter entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a local home or seasonal rental?

Accepted Answer

If no one is present at a residential home or a waterfront rental, the driver will identify a secure location away from street view to leave the arrangement. In cases where a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the same color and form. Including the recipient’s local phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at properties with long driveways or restricted side-street parking.
