Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to specific locations in Norwalk?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central medical campus or the historic funeral homes near the city center require a specific wing or parlor name at checkout. For residential properties with deep porches or side entrances, you must provide the preferred drop-off point. These details allow the driver to identify the correct entrance among the city's varied residential and medical layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local homes and businesses?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the compact downtown business district and the sprawling industrial parks on the outskirts of town. For deliveries to large manufacturing facilities, include a department name or gate number for access. This method accounts for the limited parking and restricted entry points common in these commercial zones.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured senior living center, the driver uses the secondary phone number you provide to coordinate with the front desk. For houses, the driver leaves the arrangement in a location protected from the street, such as behind a porch pillar or inside a screened entryway. When a specific flower is unavailable, the florist selects a replacement that maintains the same scale and color palette.
