Question 1

How does delivery work for medical buildings and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the central medical campus and residential streets that feature deep front yards. Provide the specific department name for medical buildings or a preferred side-door entry for detached houses at checkout. These details are necessary because many local properties have multiple access points and large distances between the street and the door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the transition from the compact downtown core to the wider residential parcels. Precise entry instructions are required for deliveries to the city's multi-unit senior living complexes and secured buildings. This direct handling ensures the arrangement remains upright while traveling through the mixed industrial and residential zones.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we use the open-porch architecture of local neighborhoods to find a sheltered placement. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that fits the original design. A recipient phone number is required to resolve access issues for properties with long private drives or gated entrances.
