Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to businesses in the central commercial district require a company name because many offices are located within converted residential-style buildings. For home deliveries, please specify if the primary entrance is at the front or side of the property. Accurate building descriptions are necessary in areas where house numbers are not clearly visible from the road.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by drivers who use street-side parking to reach front doors directly. This layout consists of detached homes and small-scale buildings without the need for complex loading docks or service elevators. Including a gate code for properties with fenced driveways allows the driver to access the porch without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will look for a covered porch or a screen door to shield the arrangement. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution is made using a bloom of the same color and value. Providing a recipient's phone number helps the driver confirm the drop-off location for houses that are set back significantly from the main road.
