Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and offices in Lakeside Marblehead?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the private gated community require a cottage number and the name of the resident for gatehouse verification. For businesses along the shoreline, provide the suite or floor number to ensure the driver can access the correct desk. These details are necessary to clear security checkpoints and reach properties with limited public access.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the peninsula?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to avoid the risks associated with boxed shipping in this coastal environment. Because many homes are situated on narrow streets or set back near private docks, providing specific entry instructions helps the driver find the correct door. This ensures the flowers are placed directly in the recipient's hands or in a secure, designated area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the flowers in a protected spot away from the wind, provided the property has a secure porch or landing. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to keep the overall look of the arrangement. Providing a secondary phone number for seasonal residents helps prevent failed deliveries at cottages or gated properties.
