Question 1

How does delivery work for the large resort complexes, the college campus, and local offices?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the large resort complexes and the college campus requires the recipient’s building name and room number at checkout. These properties use central reception desks that require a verified name and location before allowing access. Including a direct phone number ensures the front desk can confirm the recipient is currently on-site.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the city layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the mix of narrow lakeside lanes and traditional residential blocks. Provide any specific gate codes or porch instructions for properties located along the private waterfront drives. This ensures the driver can access the property directly without waiting for a resident to open a gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a vacation rental or private home, the driver will look for a sheltered area on the porch to place the order. For deliveries to the gated lakefront communities, providing a secondary phone number prevents a failed delivery if the entry system is unresponsive. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety to maintain the delivery timeline.
