Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices and medical facilities in Berlin Heights?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential properties and the small professional offices located near the village center. Include the wing or room name for the local funeral home and medical clinics to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. Accurate recipient names are necessary because many buildings in this area share similar architectural styles.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with rural layouts or long driveways?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to navigate the deep setbacks and gravel driveways common in this township. Specify if the property has a gated entrance or if the house number is only visible on a roadside mailbox. These details allow the driver to reach the front door instead of leaving items at the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the address is hard to find?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver leaves the flowers on a porch protected from street view or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom that maintains the same size and shape. A working phone number for the recipient is required to help the driver locate homes on rural routes where house numbers are not clearly visible.
