Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Sandusky South?

Accepted Answer

In Sandusky South, we deliver to the various medical complexes and multi-tenant business buildings located along the main commercial roads. You must provide the suite number or department name at checkout to ensure the driver reaches the correct desk within these shared facilities. Accurate building details are necessary because many local offices share a single parking lot or entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in Sandusky South?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered in water to accommodate the mix of busy retail zones and spread-out residential lanes. This method ensures the flowers arrive intact whether they are going to a professional front desk or a private home. Including specific instructions for properties with long driveways or hidden house numbers helps the driver locate the correct drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we leave the flowers in a secure, shaded area at a residence or with the front office staff at professional sites. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value to ensure the arrangement is completed for the scheduled date. Providing a phone number for the recipient is the most effective way to resolve access issues at gated senior living communities or locked office buildings.
