Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Monroeville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the single-story professional offices and funeral chapels located within the village center. For rural residential properties situated on long, unpaved driveways, please ensure the house number is clearly visible from the main road. Including the specific wing or entrance for local care facilities ensures the arrangement reaches the correct desk in these spread-out layouts.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what if the property is set back from the road?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to standalone homes and businesses rather than shipped in boxes. In the residential village blocks, we use the primary front entrance or covered porch to keep the flowers sheltered from the wind common in this flat landscape. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps our drivers navigate properties where the house is set far back from the street.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a secure spot on the porch and contact them by phone. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to keep the arrangement full. Including details about side-door access or gate codes for fenced farm properties prevents the need for a return trip.
