Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, medical buildings, and apartment complexes in East Windsor?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the corporate campuses and professional offices along the highway corridor require the specific suite number and business name for front-desk check-in. For the large, multi-building apartment complexes in the area, you must provide the building letter and the unit number at checkout. These details ensure the driver can navigate the internal road networks and access the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered, and how does the town layout affect the process?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the mix of residential cul-de-sacs and high-traffic commercial zones. We do not use boxed shipping, which keeps the arrangement upright while navigating local traffic circles and intersections. Providing gate codes for secured residential streets or specific loading area instructions for office parks prevents the driver from being blocked at the perimeter.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, we look for a secure location on the property or leave the flowers with a neighbor. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color scheme and style. Including a phone number for the recipient is the most effective way to resolve access issues at gated communities or secured corporate buildings.
