Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Hightstown?

Accepted Answer

Many residential deliveries in this borough involve converted historic homes with shared entries or secondary units. For the large academic campus or the long-term care facilities, you must provide the specific building name and room number at checkout. These details allow couriers to navigate restricted gate access and reach the correct reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the narrow streets and limited street parking in the dense downtown grid. Drivers walk orders directly to front doors or office suites to avoid blocking traffic on the main corridors. Providing instructions for side-porch entries or gate codes helps ensure the driver can access the property without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered area on the porch or with a neighbor if the entry is directly on the sidewalk. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety that matches the original color and size. A valid phone number for the recipient is required to resolve access issues at gated properties or locked multi-family buildings.
