Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Highland Heights?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the expansive corporate campuses and secured residential complexes found throughout this city. At checkout, provide the specific building name, floor number, and suite for office deliveries to ensure the driver reaches the correct reception desk. For residential properties with security gates, include the access code to prevent delivery delays.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient rather than being shipped in a cardboard box. Because this city contains multi-building office parks and homes with deep setbacks, our drivers navigate these specific property layouts directly. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm the correct entrance for properties with limited street visibility.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at a corporate site, the delivery is left with the security desk or front office per building protocol. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient’s contact information helps the driver manage access at gated entrances or secured building lobbies.
