Question 1

How does delivery work for addresses in Risingsun?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries primarily reach detached residential homes and small-scale commercial buildings along the main village grid. Provide specific door instructions or secondary entrance locations for properties situated on larger rural lots. This ensures the courier finds the correct entry point away from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door. The village layout allows for direct street-side or driveway access without the need for parking garages or secured loading zones. Including notes about long gravel driveways or side-porch preferences helps the driver complete the delivery quickly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the arrangement is placed on a covered porch to protect it from the open exposure common on local residential properties. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a similar flower of equal value is substituted. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver confirm placement at properties where homes are set far back from the street.
