Question 1

How does flower delivery work for businesses and public buildings in New Madison?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to street-level businesses and funeral homes requires a specific suite or room name for the main entrance. Because this village consists mainly of open-access properties, noting a front desk contact prevents confusion at the arrival point. Accurate building descriptions help the driver identify the correct destination among the residential-style commercial structures.

Question 2

How are flowers physically delivered given the layout of the village?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the residential porches and small storefronts that make up the village layout. Drivers walk each gift to the door to ensure it is placed safely at the primary entrance. Mentioning if a residence has a fenced yard or a specific porch gate helps the driver complete the drop-off without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers ordered?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the gift with a next-door neighbor or in a secure spot on a covered porch. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and style. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver verify the correct house when street numbers are not clearly visible from the road.
