Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in West Manchester?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception desks of the small offices, community halls, and funeral homes located within the village. For the multi-family houses or converted residential units in the area, you must provide the specific unit letter or side-door entrance at checkout. These details ensure the driver locates the correct door in a layout where buildings are often set back far from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and what access details are needed?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the detached homes and open-access porches common throughout the village. Drivers park on the residential streets and carry the flowers directly to the front door or side porch. Including a description of a house feature, such as a specific porch color or a visible yard ornament, helps the driver identify the correct property when house numbers are not visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement on a shaded porch or with a neighbor at an adjacent property. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original style and value. Providing the recipient’s phone number allows the driver to confirm the delivery at homes with long driveways or restricted visibility.
