Question 1

How do you ensure flowers reach the correct desk or office in this city?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building wing or department name for deliveries to medical campuses and professional offices. In the downtown district, include the suite number for buildings that share a single street-front entrance. These details allow the driver to find the correct reception desk or office door in multi-tenant properties.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for residential and commercial areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than sent through a shipping service. For homes with front porches, drivers place the flowers in a visible area away from the sidewalk. Providing instructions for side-door or rear-porch access helps in residential areas where the main entrance is positioned close to the street.

Question 3

How are missing recipients or inventory shortages handled?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the arrangement on the porch and notifies the household. If a specific flower is not in stock, a replacement of equal value and color is used. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps the driver access properties with gated driveways or perimeter fences.
