Question 1

Can you deliver to local funeral homes, small offices, and residences in Ansonia?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to funeral homes and small business offices require the specific room or suite number at checkout. For residential properties on the village outskirts, include a description of driveway markers or mailbox positions. These details help drivers locate specific homes that are set back from the main road or obscured by trees.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home or business in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door to accommodate the local layout of single-family homes and storefronts. Because most properties feature open porches or side entries, please specify if there is a preferred sheltered spot for the delivery. Mentioning if a property has a perimeter gate or a long gravel drive ensures the driver can reach the door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor if the houses are close together. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of the same color and shape to maintain the look of the arrangement. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps our drivers resolve access issues for homes located on large rural lots.
