Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and local businesses?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made to detached houses and small commercial buildings along the main village streets. Provide the house color or a description of the front porch at checkout to ensure the driver identifies the correct residence. For services at religious buildings or burial grounds, include the name of the recipient and the start time.

Question 2

How does the city layout affect the way my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. The open residential layout allows drivers to use street-side parking for direct access to front entrances. For homes on the edge of the village with long driveways, specify if the driver should leave the item at the gate or proceed to the house.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, the driver leaves the arrangement in a safe spot at the residence. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to maintain the look of the bouquet. A recipient phone number is required to help the driver find addresses where house numbers are not clearly visible from the road.
