Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Delivery to our local funeral homes and small medical offices requires the specific suite or room name because many professional buildings are located within converted residential-style structures. At checkout, enter the department name for offices or the service time for funeral homes to ensure the flowers arrive before these buildings close. These details help drivers locate the correct entrance on streets where office signage is small.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered directly to the door, never shipped in a cardboard box. In our village, drivers move between the compact downtown street parking and the long gravel driveways found on the rural outskirts. Providing instructions for properties with long setbacks from the main road ensures the driver finds the correct house without delay.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot like a covered front porch or a side entry common to the homes here. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of the same color and value to maintain the look of the arrangement. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate delivery for homes with deep setbacks or detached garages.
