Question 1

How do you handle delivery to professional offices and community buildings in Lewisburg?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main office or reception area of the village's low-rise professional buildings and senior care centers. Provide the specific suite number or wing name at checkout so the driver finds the correct entrance in these multi-use spaces. This is required for the residential complexes and religious centers located near the village core.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and surrounding farmsteads?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the long gravel driveways and deep setbacks found on the village outskirts. Please include any gate codes or specific instructions if the house is not clearly visible from the main rural road. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the door rather than left at a distant mailbox or entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot locate the recipient or the property?

Accepted Answer

Include a working phone number for the recipient to help the driver navigate properties with long farm lanes or obscured house numbers. If the recipient is away, we look for a porch area sheltered from the wind and exposure of the surrounding flat terrain. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a similar bloom that maintains the original color and style.
