Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to locations like hospitals, funeral homes, or offices in Hollansburg?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this area go to single-family homes or small public buildings rather than large medical campuses or high-rise towers. At checkout, enter the specific street address and indicate if the delivery is for a side entrance or a main porch. These details are necessary because properties here lack central reception desks or building directories.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the residential streets and open-access properties of the village. The driver uses street-level parking to reach the front porch or entryway directly. For homes set back from the road on larger lots, describing the house color or mailbox helps prevent delivery errors.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement on a protected porch or in a shaded area near the door. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a stem of equal value that matches the original size and style. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver navigate properties with perimeter fences or gated driveways.
