Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Bradford?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential addresses and the small professional offices located near the center of the village. For offices operating out of converted residential structures, please provide the specific side or front entrance used for deliveries. This ensures the courier finds the correct desk in areas where business and residential layouts overlap.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because many properties in this village feature deep front lawns and wide porches, please specify if there is a preferred gate or side entry. These details help our team navigate the setback of the home to reach the recipient directly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered porch or a neighbor willing to accept the delivery. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing a recipient phone number helps us locate homes where house numbers are not clearly visible from the main road.
