Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, medical buildings, and residences in Mullica Hill?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical offices or the historic district require specific suite numbers or building entrance details because many properties have multiple tenants and limited street frontage. For residential farm properties or large estates, provide gate codes or clear descriptions of driveway entrances at checkout. This information helps the driver find the correct access point instead of stopping at an unmanned gate or side entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and deep lots common in this area. Since many homes are set back significantly from the main road, drivers need to know if there is a specific porch or side door preferred for placement. Clear instructions for properties with long driveways prevent the arrangement from being left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot away from the wind often found on open, former agricultural lots. When specific flowers are unavailable, we use different stems that match the size and color of the original design. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm access for homes with long private drives or gated entryways.
