Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices in Mickleton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential front doors and small business entrances. For homes set back on large property parcels or farm acreage, please provide any gate codes or specific driveway instructions at checkout. This ensures the driver finds the correct entrance on properties where the house is not visible from the main road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient rather than shipped in a box. The open residential layout allows for easy property access without the need for street parking permits or loading zones. Providing a porch or side-door preference helps the courier navigate homes with multiple entry points.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the arrangement is left in a secure spot on the porch or at a designated secondary entrance. For properties with deep setbacks or obscured house numbers, a recipient phone number is required to help the driver locate the correct building. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that maintains the original design.
