Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and residential addresses in this borough?

Accepted Answer

Most professional offices here are located in converted historic houses rather than commercial towers. Provide the specific door or suite number at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance among these multi-use residential buildings. These details prevent confusion at properties that often have both a business and a private residence on-site.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to the single-family homes and deep-set properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the deep porches and long walkways common to these detached dwellings. Please include gate codes or specific instructions for side-porch placement if the main front entrance is restricted. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed safely at the residence rather than being left in a shipping box on a sidewalk.

Question 3

What is the procedure for failed deliveries or unavailable flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we typically leave the arrangement on a protected porch since these residential streets lack secured lobby desks. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar bloom that matches the intended color and style. Including the recipient’s mobile number allows us to verify the safest drop-off point at these open-access properties.
