Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and homes in Mount Royal?

Accepted Answer

Mount Royal consists mainly of residential homes with private driveways and a few small professional offices. For residential orders, provide the house number and specify if there is a specific porch or side entrance for placement. For office deliveries, include the suite number or department name to ensure the flowers reach the correct desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this community?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to homes and businesses throughout this low-density suburban layout. Drivers navigate individual driveways to place arrangements directly at the front door or with a resident. Provide specific access details if the property is located on one of the shared private roads found near the rural outskirts of town.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the arrangement is left in a safe spot on the porch or at the primary entryway of the house. If a specific flower is unavailable, the florist uses a similar bloom that matches the original color and shape. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver locate homes that are set back significantly from the main road.
