Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to the various types of buildings in Pitman?

Accepted Answer

This borough contains many professional offices located inside converted residential homes and apartments situated above downtown storefronts. At checkout, you must provide the specific unit number or side-door entrance for these multi-use buildings. This helps the driver identify the correct entry point among the closely packed structures in the center of town.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the narrow street layouts and limited curb parking common in the historic residential grids. We do not use boxed shipping because the compact property layouts require a driver to walk the arrangement directly to a porch or storefront counter. Noting if the property has a small fenced yard or a shared porch helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement on the front porch, as most residential lots here are set close to the sidewalk with open access. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that preserves the size and style of the design. Providing a recipient’s mobile number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries to properties with locked gates or screened-in porches.
