Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Logan Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large industrial complexes and corporate offices require a building letter and suite number at checkout. Security checkpoints at these large sites require a recipient phone number before the driver is permitted to enter the grounds. Providing the specific department name helps the driver navigate these multi-tenant commercial buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door, whether the recipient is in a residential subdivision or a large-scale distribution center. The local layout includes many properties with deep setbacks, so we rely on visible house numbers and clear porch access for residential drop-offs. Providing a gate code for secured business entrances prevents the driver from being stopped at the perimeter of the property.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a high-security workplace, the driver leaves the arrangement with the designated front desk or security station. For residential addresses, flowers are placed in a sheltered spot if no one answers the door. Including the recipient's mobile phone number and a specific building entrance location reduces the chance of a failed delivery at large commercial sites.
