Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, medical buildings, and residences in Mantua?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to professional medical suites along the main corridors, provide the suite number and business name at checkout. Residential orders require a clear house number, as many properties feature deep setbacks or shared driveways. These details allow the driver to identify the correct entrance in areas where mailboxes are grouped away from the house.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to accommodate the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the town's spread-out residential layouts and professional plazas. Drivers carry arrangements directly to the door of single-story homes and active adult communities. If the destination is a secured senior living complex, provide the specific unit number and the building entry code for the main gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a residential home, the driver places the arrangement in a shaded area on the porch. For deliveries to professional offices, providing a recipient phone number helps the driver confirm access before the business closes for the day. If a specific flower is unavailable, a florist selects a similar bloom to ensure the order stays on its scheduled route.
