Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and professional offices in Mantua Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, funeral houses, and low-rise professional complexes throughout the township. For deliveries to medical suites or office parks, you must include the specific building letter or suite number. These details are necessary because many local business properties have multiple separate entrances spread across a single campus.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered here and what information is needed for residential addresses?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the township's suburban layout. Because many properties here feature long private driveways or homes set far back from the street, please note any gate codes or specific entry instructions. This ensures the delivery is made at the house rather than left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will look for a neighbor to accept the gift or leave it in a safe porch area. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal or higher value. Providing the recipient's phone number helps our drivers navigate properties with long drives or limited visibility from the main road.
