Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Harrison Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the regional medical campus require a specific department and room number to navigate the multiple separate wings and specialized care units. For professional offices located in detached complexes, provide the building letter and suite number at checkout. These details allow the driver to find the correct reception desk within these sprawling multi-building properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the township layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient rather than sent in a shipping box. Because many residential properties here have long driveways and houses set deep back from the main road, a visible house number is essential for the driver. If the property is a secured residential community or has a gated entrance, include the gate code in the delivery instructions.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers at a side entrance or on a porch that is screened from the street. If a specific flower type is unavailable, a substitution of similar value and appearance is used to complete the order. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver resolve access issues if a house is set far back on a large lot or if a driveway is obstructed.
