Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and professional offices in Clarksboro?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to detached residential houses and small professional office suites. For properties with long private driveways, specify if the driver should proceed to the front door or use a side entrance. Provide the suite number for offices to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the residential layout of the city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at homes with large lawns and deep setbacks. Include any gate codes for residential enclaves so the driver can reach the porch directly. Clear instructions about porch locations help avoid confusion on winding roads where house numbers are located far from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure spot like a side porch or behind a decorative pillar to keep it out of view from the road. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the shape and color of the original design. Providing the recipient's phone number allows the driver to confirm access for properties with locked gates or restricted entries.
