Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of buildings in Greenwich Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both residential homes and the large industrial complexes located near the township's waterfront. For deliveries to secured industrial sites or business parks, you must provide the specific gate number or building entrance at checkout. Including a direct phone extension for office staff ensures the driver can navigate past security checkpoints or reception desks.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to ensure they arrive in good condition?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the township's mix of suburban streets and large residential lots. This method ensures the flowers remain upright and intact while navigating driveways that may be set back from the main road. Providing specific instructions for side porches or front gates helps the driver complete the delivery to the correct door.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we will look for a secure area like a covered porch or leave the arrangement with a designated security desk at industrial sites. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to ensure your order is delivered on time. Providing a secondary contact number helps us coordinate access if the property has a locked gate or restricted entry.
