Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the different types of buildings in Logan?

Accepted Answer

Logan contains both sprawling industrial distribution hubs and quiet residential streets. For deliveries to large commercial complexes, provide the specific building number and gate entry code at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate security checkpoints and reach the correct reception desk or office suite.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the large footprints of Logan’s industrial parks and residential properties. Providing a specific lobby name or employee entrance helps the driver avoid heavy truck loading zones and reach the recipient directly. This method ensures the arrangement is placed in the recipient’s hands rather than at a shipping dock or outdoor gate.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem reaching the recipient at their Logan address?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured industrial site is unavailable, the driver will contact you for an alternative delivery instruction. For residential properties with long driveways or gate access, providing a contact phone number helps prevent a failed delivery. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a stem of equal value to keep the arrangement full.
