Question 1

Do you deliver to the medical offices and apartment complexes in Richmond Heights?

Accepted Answer

Yes, deliveries to the multi-story medical buildings and secured apartment clusters require a specific suite or unit number at checkout. Our drivers navigate through the main lobby or front desk for these locations. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient ensures access through keypad or buzzer systems.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes and condo units here?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to ensure it reaches the correct door in our mix of single-family homes and mid-rise buildings. Because many residential areas have deep setbacks or shared entrances, please include specific instructions if the front door is not visible from the street. This prevents delays caused by difficult-to-locate entrances or restricted access areas.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

For recipients in secured buildings, we will attempt to leave the order with a building manager if the person is unavailable. If a specific stem is not in stock, we use a flower of equal value that fits the original style. Providing a secondary phone number helps us resolve access issues at gated properties or locked main entrances immediately.
