Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Lumberton?

Accepted Answer

Many professional locations in this city are sprawling medical campuses or low-rise office parks with multiple separate entrances. Include the specific wing name, suite number, or department at checkout so the driver can find the correct desk within these large complexes. These details are required because many different businesses often share a single street address.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the mix of open suburban streets and secured residential clusters. If the delivery is for a gated townhouse community or a secured apartment building, provide the gate code or entry instructions at checkout. This allows the driver to reach the front door directly rather than leaving the flowers at a main security gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered area on the property, which is necessary for homes with deep setbacks and long driveways. If a specific flower is unavailable, a florist will substitute a similar bloom of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver find the correct entrance on large residential lots where the house is not easily seen from the road.
