Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Pemberton?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to secured military or government sites, you must provide the recipient's phone number and specific building or unit number. Residential orders require any gate codes necessary to access private or long driveways. These details allow the courier to navigate security checkpoints and reach the correct door.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of condensed residential blocks and spread-out rural properties. If a property has a gated entrance or a long, unpaved driveway, provide specific access instructions during checkout. This ensures the arrangement is placed at the front door rather than left at a distant roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home on a large wooded lot, the courier will find a sheltered location hidden from the main road. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is substituted with a flower of equal value that matches the original color profile. Providing a recipient phone number is the most effective way to prevent failed deliveries to properties with restricted access or remote entries.
