Question 1

How do you handle flower delivery to Medford's various residential and professional buildings?

Accepted Answer

Medford features a mix of campus-style retirement communities and professional medical suites that require specific arrival protocols. At checkout, please provide the building name, suite number, or designated check-in desk for these managed properties. This ensures the driver uses the correct service entrance or reception area instead of a general mail drop.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home or office in Medford?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s layout of wooded lots and homes set far back from the main road. If the property has a long driveway or a shared private lane, include those details to help the driver locate the front door. This direct delivery method ensures the flowers arrive upright and fully assembled.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not available at a gated property or secured building, the driver will leave the arrangement with the front desk or security station. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the shape and color of the design. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at properties with restricted driveway entry.
