Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct location in Tabernacle?

Accepted Answer

Many properties in this township are situated on large, wooded lots with houses set far back from the main road. At checkout, provide the specific building name for municipal offices or funeral homes and note if the house number is obscured from the street. These details help our drivers identify the correct entrance on long or hidden driveways common in this rural environment.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate the long, unpaved, or winding driveways found throughout this area. Provide any gate codes or specific instructions for properties with long private lanes to ensure the driver can reach the front door. This direct delivery prevents flowers from being left at a roadside mailbox where they would be exposed to the weather.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues reaching the recipient?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a shaded porch because the significant distance between neighbors in this rural layout makes leaving packages with a nearby resident impractical. Including a recipient phone number allows us to confirm a secure drop-off spot on large or gated properties. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to ensure the order is completed without delay.
