Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campus or the government offices in the center of town?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific wing, department name, or suite number at checkout to ensure the driver can navigate security checkpoints. Many of these professional and medical buildings have restricted access and do not allow deliveries to be left in general common areas. These details allow our staff to use the correct service entrances or designated delivery desks.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand given the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of narrow historic streets and suburban residential lanes. In the downtown area where front doors open directly onto the sidewalk, we require a recipient phone number to coordinate the hand-off. For homes on the outskirts with private driveways, we deliver directly to the primary porch or front entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a building is secured?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a professional suite or a locked apartment building, we will attempt to leave the arrangement with a front desk attendant or concierge. If a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that keeps the same shape and color. Providing a gate code or a direct phone extension helps our drivers avoid failed delivery attempts at secured properties.
