Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to local professional complexes and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the multi-unit professional suites along the main highway corridors require the specific suite number and business name to locate the correct office entrance. For residential properties, include any gate codes or instructions for homes with long driveways set far back from the road. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct building in areas where house numbers are often obscured by trees or distance from the street.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township’s mix of detached suburban homes and commercial industrial parks. This method prevents arrangements from being left at roadside mailboxes or in shared loading zones where they could be overlooked. Providing instructions for side porch placement or specific reception desks helps the driver navigate the varied layouts of these properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure spot on the porch or with a building receptionist, provided the property is accessible. If a specific flower is out of stock, a designer will use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Including a local phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at secured commercial gates or tucked-away residential cul-de-sacs.
