Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and secured residential complexes in Southampton Township?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to gated senior living developments or care centers, provide the specific unit number and the building wing name at checkout. These residential clusters feature security kiosks that require a recipient's full name for entry. Accurate gate codes and internal building identifiers prevent delays at the main entrance.

Question 2

What is your delivery method for this area, and how does the township layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate a layout of homes set back on long, private driveways. Because many properties are located along wooded corridors with minimal street lighting, specific descriptions of driveway markers or porch locations help the driver identify the correct drop-off point. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement reaches the door in residential areas where mailboxes are often grouped away from the house.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable or a gate code is not provided, the driver will call you to find a secure spot or a neighbor who can accept the order. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute that maintains the same size and color palette. Including a gate code or instructions for side-door access reduces the risk of a failed delivery to secured residential complexes.
