Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Mount Laurel's large offices and medical centers?

Accepted Answer

Mount Laurel contains many multi-story corporate parks and expansive medical campuses with multiple wings. At checkout, you must provide the specific building number, floor, and suite or department name. This information allows for successful delivery to the correct internal reception desk or secure entrance within these large facilities.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout this city's different neighborhoods?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of gated residential communities and professional office complexes. You should include gate codes or specific entrance instructions for any secured housing developments. This ensures the delivery reaches the recipient’s door rather than being held at a perimeter security gate.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or missing flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured office site or gated property is unavailable, the driver uses the phone number provided to coordinate entry. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value. Providing a direct mobile number for the recipient prevents failed deliveries at buildings with restricted public access.
