Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different residential layouts in Eastampton?

Accepted Answer

For clustered townhome developments, we require the specific unit or building number to locate the correct entrance. In residential areas with shared driveways, specify if the home is located in the front or rear of the property. This information allows the courier to find the door in areas where street numbers are not visible from the curb.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and local offices in this township?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to maintain the arrangement's stability. In residential areas with deep front lawns or long driveways, the courier leaves the item on the porch if no one is available. Including a gate code or specific side-door instructions helps avoid delays at properties with restricted street access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a certain flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the courier leaves the flowers at the door and sends a notification to the phone number on the order. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a replacement that matches the original color and size. Providing a recipient's mobile number helps the driver navigate properties where the front door is hidden from the main road.
