Question 1

Can you deliver to the specific building types found in Lindenwold?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the many garden-style apartment communities and residential streets throughout the borough. At checkout, you must include the specific building letter and apartment number to navigate these multi-unit layouts correctly. These details allow the driver to locate the correct porch or entrance among many similar-looking buildings.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered within the Lindenwold area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door or a secured lobby area. Because many local properties have gated access or shared entryways, providing a door code or instructions for the intercom is necessary. This ensures the arrangement is placed in a safe, designated spot rather than left in a high-traffic common area.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we check for a secure porch or a leasing office that accepts deliveries for residents. If the requested flowers are unavailable, we substitute them with a similar variety of equal value to fulfill the order on time. Providing a working phone number for the recipient is the best way to resolve access issues at secured residential clusters.
