Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campus and residential areas in Stratford?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the medical and university campus require the specific building wing and department name at checkout. For residential homes near the high-traffic main pike, please specify if the delivery should go to a side door or front porch. These details ensure the driver navigates the dense borough layout and reaches the correct secure entrance.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box to Stratford addresses?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to manage the mix of compact residential streets and busy healthcare facilities. Providing a unit number or gate code is necessary for the multi-unit buildings and senior living centers common in this borough. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the entry point rather than near the street.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or the recipient is not available?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a sheltered area on the porch or with a neighbor. For deliveries to the medical complex, we leave the arrangement at the designated security or receiving desk if the room is restricted. Providing a recipient phone number helps us resolve access challenges at secured residential and campus buildings.
