Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and apartment complexes in this area?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to businesses along the main retail corridors or multi-unit residential buildings, you must provide the specific suite or apartment number. This information allows the driver to navigate directly to the correct interior desk or door. If the building has a secured entrance or gate, please include the entry code or specific staff instructions at checkout.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door to accommodate the borough’s mix of residential streets and commercial fronts. For homes with driveways or properties set back from the road, drivers use street-level access for person-to-person delivery. Providing a recipient's phone number helps us manage access to buildings with shared entryways or front-desk security.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a single-family residence, we leave the flowers in a secure, shaded area near the primary entrance. For apartment buildings with secured lobbies, we contact the recipient to arrange a safe hand-off or building entry. If a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to ensure the delivery is completed on the scheduled day.
