Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to apartments and senior living centers in Clementon?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building number and unit for deliveries to the apartment complexes and senior residences located along the borough's main thoroughfares. For buildings with secured buzzer systems or lobby desks, include the recipient’s phone number to ensure the driver can coordinate entry. This information allows the driver to confirm delivery with site staff or the resident directly.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to residential addresses in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the borough’s mix of narrow residential side streets and homes with limited street-side parking. We do not use shipping boxes, as drivers personally carry the flowers to the primary entrance of detached homes or shared-entryway buildings. Providing details about specific porch access or side doors helps the driver navigate properties with non-standard layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access the property or find the recipient?

Accepted Answer

If a gated residential community or a building with restricted access is the destination, providing the entry code at checkout prevents a failed delivery. For homes situated on high-traffic main roads, drivers will place the flowers in a location out of direct view from the street if no one is available to receive them. If a specific stem is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that maintains the same color palette and height.
