Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local businesses and funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

In Chesterland, professional offices and funeral homes are standalone buildings with private entrances. Provide the specific suite number or service time at checkout so the driver locates the correct door. This step prevents delays in buildings where several businesses share one driveway.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the door to navigate the deep, wooded lots and long driveways found in this area. Include gate codes or specific instructions for properties set back from the road. This ensures the driver reaches the front door of homes not visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the arrangement on a porch sheltered from the street. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver find the house when mailbox numbers are obscured by trees. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar stem of equal value.
